Resin PK – Refund & Return Policy

At Resin PK, every item is handmade with care. Since resin products are unique, slight variations may occur — that’s the beauty of handcrafted art. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

1. Returns

• Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective items received.
• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
• For size/design-related requests, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis (customer will bear two-way shipping charges).

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order resin products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
• Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
